How do I enrol and register?
If the course you are interested in is available for enrolment, you can see the “Register” button on the course page. For courses not yet available for enrolment, click “Register Interest” to let us know your interest.
Do I have to create an account to enrol and register?
No, you may skip and enrol as a guest during registration. However, we recommend that you create an account on our Learner Portal to keep track of your training records.
I have registered for a course. What happens next?
You will receive an email confirmation with the course instructions.

What if I change my mind and want to cancel my registration?
Once registration is confirmed, there will be no refund of fees.

Course Fees
What currency are the course fees in?
Prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars and are subject to Goods & Services Tax (GST) and/or other government tax at the prevailing rate.
How much does the course cost?
The course fee is stated on the course detail page.
When do I have to pay, and what payment methods are accepted?
For the full self-paying individual, payment must be made using a credit card upon checkout.
For parents/caregivers applying for Caregiver Training Grant (CTG), the training coordinator will email you to advise on the payment details after they have applied for the CTG subsidy on your behalf.
For persons on the autism spectrum applying for Temasek Trust-CDC Lifelong Learning Enabling Fund, the training coordinator will email you to advise on the payment details when the minimum number to start the course is met.
An invoice with a 30-day credit term for company-sponsored individuals will be sent to your organisation after the course.
What are the grants/subsidies available?
For parents/caregivers: Caregiver Training Grant (CTG)
For professionals from NCSS members: Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs)-Charities Capability Fund (VCF)
For persons on the autism spectrum: Temasek Trust-CDC Lifelong Learning Enabling Fund

Technical Requirements
What are the technology requirements for an online course?
You should have the following:
- Zoom application installed on your laptop, desktop, or smart device with a working microphone and webcam.
- An authenticated and valid zoom account.
- A connection with a strong WIFI signal.
What language will the course be in?
The courses will be delivered in English.
Others
Will I receive a certificate for attending a course?
Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.
Can I provide feedback after attending a course?
Yes, you will receive a link to submit your feedback online.
